This time last year was one of the hardest times in my life. Whilst studying for my bachelors degree, I worked countless hours (like 30-40 hours a week) as a personal trainer, and my mum, the strongest person I know, was admitted to the hospital and was kept there for many months in order to discover what was happening to her. In all of these moments, fitness was my personal escape from the reality of my life.
It was and still is my therapy, my safe place, and my ME time. 🤩
All I wanted to share with people was the importance of a healthy lifestyle. How fitness changed my life. How fitness made me who I am today. How fitness (even though difficult as hell) has NEVER let me down. 👏🏻
Life can be so challenging and truly heartbreaking at times. So do something for you, invest more time into yourself so that you can reap the benefits of incorporating fitness into your lifestyle. ❤️
I am so shocked and grateful to be able to do what I do now - coach women all over the world - in order to help them incorporate fitness into their lifestyles and help them become the best versions of themselves (inside & out). It can be SO tempting to eat poorly for the rest of the weekend once we have already treated ourselves a bit too much... it can be SO tempting to start working towards goals again on Monday, or start again next month (cause new month, new me 💁🏼♀️).
These options are so tempting because they are easier and make us feel good in the moment! They allow us to feel comfortable...and obviously comfort feels good!
BUT 👉🏻 actions that aren’t aligned with who we are striving to become holds us back from ever stepping into that best version of ourselves.
Ask yourself each day - what small steps can I take today to move in the direction I want to? And watch those small steps compound over time 📈❤️
The best version of yourself isn’t as far away as you may believe! Think about what you can do or change about your actions today and hey look! You are one step closer 😘🤗

BOOTY WARMUP 🍑

These are super basic exercises but 100% 🔥 I love utilizing bosu balls & swiss balls in my booty warmups! Typically after I warm up, I do heavier compound exercises! Here are a few of my go-to warmup movements for da 🍑
1️⃣Donkey Kicks/Fire Hydrants 3x20 each leg
2️⃣Bosu Ball Glute Bridge 3x20
3️⃣Swiss Ball Hamstring Curls 3x20, 3x10 single leg

I approach my heathy lifestyle by focusing on FEELING good, it’s not always about aesthetics! I am currently focusing on these 3 things to feel my best:
I am listening to what my body wants, what’s working working best for me and how to overcome negative thoughts! I have been pretty hard on myself lately and I am definitely trying to overcome that. Some days I am craving pizza, ice cream, and laying in bed all day 🍕🍦 🛌 which is totally okay...I just need to remind myself WHY I started this lifestyle, WHY this is so important to me, and WHY I want to continue preaching this life changing lifestyle!
I am focusing on eating foods that make me feel good and also taste good! I always aim to include proteins, healthy fats, carbs, and loads of veggies in my daily meals! Nutrition is so important to me as my digestion for a lot of foods does not go so well 💩🙃
Completing all of my workouts scheduled is something I am always quite consistent with as working out is my stress reliever, my passion, my life...I cannot communicate into words how much it helps my life!
For a lot of people, I know these things seem pretty intimidating and challenging. But if you can try to be the best version of yourself by trying to be as consistent as possible with these 3 things, I promise you that it will result in you feeling the strongest, healthiest, and happiest version of you! 🥰

😢I’M SORRY I’VE BEEN MIA😢
It’s been a busy past few weeks for me and I definitely let my self-care routines slip. For me, it’s all about having a proper morning routine to set myself up for success throughout the day...which I haven’t been doing since I got back from vacation. 🙈
Since my morning routine has been lacking, the rest of my days have followed the same pattern...lacking structure. This lack of structure in my mornings has led to unhealthy food choices, unhealthy thoughts, and overall feeling like I’ve taken steps backwards pertaining to my overall lifestyle.🤭
Yesterday, I took the day to journal what has been the root cause for me falling off track, brainstormed strategies to get back on track, and really focus on my work. One of my conclusions that I believed could help me get back on track included taking 20 minutes for myself in the morning to set myself up for success for the rest of my day! 🤗
My goal starting today is to get back on track with all aspects of my lifestyle - food, exercise, mindset, and accountability! I challenge each of you to do the same, to get back on track, if you feel as though you have fallen off or have taken a few steps backwards. 🙋🏼♀️

I know that vacations can bring about some stress and I want you to understand that it is totally possible to have an amazing vacation and stay healthy at the same time!
Make sure to take time to enjoy your vacation and all the treats that come with it, as well as, take the time to properly plan ahead to make good choices ✨
Here are some tips to enjoy your vacation without any guilt:
1. Never show up to the restaurants super hungry! When you show up super hungry to the restaurants, you’re setting yourself up to make poor choices! Just because you’re on vacation where there may be unlimited amounts of food, doesn’t mean you need to go crazy and get every single item on the buffet 🙈
2. Stay hydrated! It is so important to drink your water as it helps with your bodies natural detoxification process, but it also helps with understanding the difference between true hunger and false hunger! 💦
3. Eat mindfully and indulge when you believe it’s worth it! Try not loading your plate up with empty calories, instead try choosing food options selectively and think about what you are putting into your body! 🍗🥩🍣🍱🌯🥗
4. Make time for movement! You don’t have to workout to enjoy more food, focus on moving your body as typically on a beach vacation, you are lounging all day by the pool/beach. This can also help boost your mood further and make you feel even more relaxed! 🏊🏻♀️🧘🏼♀️🏋🏼♀️
