Instructions: preheat the oven to 350• mix the almond flour, parsley, honey mustard all together• blush a nice coating of the glaze on top• bake for 20 minutes!

A lot of you have been asking for quick and easy lunch recipes. Chicken wings are my go-to with a big side of veggies. I make a batch at the beginning of almost every week. I coat them in 1 tablespoon of ghee and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning all over. I bake on 350 for an hour. During the last 5 minutes, I kick it up to broil to make them extra crispy! Lasts nights dinner ✨ the slaw and cashew cheese is what makes these tacos. I love @sietefoods nacho cheese 🧀 and the slaw is quite simple. It can double as salad too. Lately I’ve been making a batch at the beginning of the week and pairing it with a ton of meals. 🌮
Here’s the recipe:
For the slaw: 4 handfuls of kale, 1 cup of shredded carrots, 2 cups of shredded purple cabbage, 1/4 cup crushed walnuts.
For the dressing: 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 3 tablespoons EVOO, 1 tablespoon honey mustard, 1 tablespoon raw honey.
Mix dressing throughout, and ENJOY!

I wasn’t kidding when I said I was doing a lot of baking for Easter 🐣 these chocolate covered strawberries are my favorite! I use @enjoylifefoods because they both delicious and allergy friendly. 🍓 🍫
Ingredients: 12 strawberries, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 2 cups of @enjoylifefoods
Instructions: place the milk and chocolate on low on the stove for 10 minutes ( keep mixing the chocolate) dip the strawberries 1 by 1 and place on lined cookie sheet. Put them in the freezer for at least an hour before eating. ENJOY!

The 411 on collagen peptides-they can be used in cooking and also in your drinks such as smoothies and coffee. Considering collagen is a major part of your skin it makes sense that adding it to your diet would help improve elasticity of the skin and help with wrinkles! In addition to skin health collagen is great for your joints and gut.
BTW-I substituted collagen peptides for gelatin and it still turned out delicious.

The two main ingredients are bacon and avocado mayo. I prefer avocado mayo over conventional mayo because it’s made from avocado oil vs. canola oil and I’m all about getting those healthy fats in. 🥑 🥓
Ingredients: 10 pasture raised eggs •1/2 cup of avocado mayo • 1 tablespoon paprika• 1/4 cup black olives, sliced • 5 pieces of bacon crumbled up• 2 tsp yellow mustard• 1 T lemon juice •
Instructions: place the eggs in water, bring to a boil• once boiling for 2 minutes place the eggs in a bowl and place in the fridge • let the eggs cool, then remove the shell• wash off the eggs, slice in half, and scoop out the yolks• add the yolks, avocado mayo, lemon juice, and yellow mustard to the blender• evenly divide up the egg filling amongst the eggs• sprinkle the paprika, olives& bacon evenly on top•

🍍My go to stir fry. You guys are going to love this quick, easy, and delicious pineapple shrimp stir fry. 🍤 🍍
Ingredients : 1 bag of frozen cauliflower rice, 2cups of frozen shrimp, thawed -1 cup of frozen peas -3 cloves of garlic, minced, lime, juiced, 1 tablespoon of freshly juiced ginger (1 tsp of dried ground of ginger will work too), 1 pineapple cut up, save the juice and add it too!
Instructions: Place all ingredients in a pan on medium-high heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.

Instructions: line a muffin tin with paper muffin liners • melt 2 cups of chocolate on the stove on low until it is melted throughout, be sure to stir frequently• add one T of chocolate sauce into each tin • add a T of peanut/ almond butter on top • place in the freezer for 6 hours• ENJOY!
PS-I like to eat mine frozen out of the freezer 😋

Instructions: preheat the oven 400. Cut the chicken into one inch pieces • slice the jalapeños• wrap 1/2 piece of bacon around the chicken& jalapeños• put a tooth pick in• bake for 30 minutes.
